How I got to where I am now – In April 2023, I said yes to an opportunity that changed everything: I started my own online travel business. What began as a way to book smarter for my own family quickly grew into a passion for leadership, community, and empowering others to build something of their own.
In February 2024, I became the First Founding Director of PlanNet Marketing in Ireland, something I am incredibly proud of. I went on to become the First Two-Star Director, and today I am honoured to be the only Three-Star Director in Ireland, leading, supporting and mentoring a team of over 500 men and women. Because of this business, my life has transformed in ways I never thought possible.
As of January 2026, I now work three weeks each month, giving me more time with my family and the flexibility I always dreamt of. I will also be job-sharing next school year, and within the next three years I plan to step away from teaching entirely – something I can confidently do because of the stability, growth, and opportunity this business has created.
My team is built on collaboration, unlimited support, and a community culture like no other. We are the fastest-growing team in Ireland because we focus on real mentorship, real results, and creating freedom and confidence for every agent who joins us. A team of ordinary people (teachers, principals, guards, nurses, hairdressers, accountants, solicitors and more) creating and living extraordinary lives.
Outside of business, my story began long before travel. Originally from Kildare, I moved to Donegal in 2007, married Joseph in 2010, and together we completed two full self-builds – living in a mobile home for four years, tiling our home ourselves, and building the life we dreamed of from the ground up. That determination and “just go for it” mindset is exactly what I now bring into my business and my coaching.
